By using the Masarat Adliya website, you acknowledge and unconditionally agree to all current terms and conditions, as well as any future updates or modifications. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please cease using the website immediately and leave.

Legality: The client acknowledges that there are no legal or legitimate impediments preventing them from using the website or benefiting from the services offered on it.
Data Accuracy: The client is obligated to provide accurate, up-to-date personal data upon registration and bears full responsibility for any inaccurate information that may hinder service delivery.
Compliance with Policies: Using the website or initiating a service request constitutes explicit acknowledgment of having read and agreed to all the terms mentioned in this agreement and agreeing to abide by them.
General Terms and Conditions of Masarat Adlia Platform
1. Ethical Conduct and Dealings: The client agrees to refrain from any form of abuse towards the platform, its management, its staff, or any affiliated parties, whether within or outside the platform's online domain. In the event of any proven violation, the platform reserves its full right to take all necessary legal and punitive measures against the offender.
2. Compliance with Regulations and Laws: The client acknowledges its full commitment to all applicable regulations, bylaws, and instructions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia throughout its use of the platform and its services.
3. Fair Use Policy: The platform must be used solely for its intended purpose, which is to obtain the offered legal services. The client agrees to fair use that does not cause any harm (material or moral) to the platform, and is in accordance with Sharia and legal regulations.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Once the requested service has commenced, the client is not entitled to cancel the purchase order or request a refund, given the nature of the legal services and the effort involved.
5. Data Protection and Privacy: The client is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their personal account data and information. The platform disclaims all liability for any damages resulting from the client disclosing or sharing their data with any third parties.
6. Compensation for Damages: The client agrees to fully and fairly compensate the "Masarat Adlia" platform for any damages, whether direct or indirect, incurred by the platform as a result of their misuse or violation of these terms.
Legal Disclaimer
1. Liability for Violating Regulations: The "Masarat Adliya" platform disclaims all legal and civil liability for any action taken by the client that violates the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any fines, financial claims, or compensation resulting from such actions, the client shall bear these costs and liabilities personally, without any liability whatsoever on the part of the platform.
2. Accuracy of Data and Information: The client bears full responsibility for the accuracy and validity of the data and information provided to the platform. Accordingly, the platform disclaims all liability for any harm that may befall the client as a result of providing us with false, misleading, or incomplete data.
3. Financial Transactions and Bank Transfers: The platform bears no responsibility for any errors made by the client in financial transfers. Transfers are limited to the official account announced (or the designated means of communication: info@masaradl.sa). Any transfers made to other accounts are the sole responsibility of the client.
4. Free Appointments and Consultations: If a client is late or fails to attend a consultation appointment at the scheduled time, we are not responsible for providing it at that time. The client must then coordinate with the website administration to schedule an alternative appointment according to available availability.
5. Use and Misuse: The platform administration disclaims all liability for any damages (direct or indirect) that may be incurred by the client as a result of using or misusing the website, or as a result of relying on its content for purposes other than those for which it was intended.
6. Prohibited and Illegal Uses: Using the platform for any illegal activity or suspicious purpose is strictly prohibited. If such use is proven, the platform disclaims all liability for any legal consequences or damages incurred by the client, while reserving the right to take strict measures, block the client, and report the matter to the competent authorities as necessary.
7. General Damages and Losses: The "Masarat Adlia" platform shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any financial losses, moral damages, or technical malfunctions that may arise while using the website.
Intellectual Property and Cyber Security
1. Trademark: The trademark of the "Masarat Adlia" platform is the exclusive property of the administration and is protected under intellectual property laws. Its use, quotation, or reproduction in any commercial or media context is strictly prohibited without prior written consent, signed and stamped by the authorized website administration.
2. Information Security and Technical Protection: All users are prohibited from attempting to hack the website, plant viruses or malware, or post harmful or destructive links intended to damage the platform's infrastructure. In the event of any activity that threatens the security of the website or violates our digital rights, we will immediately refer the matter to the competent security and judicial authorities (Cybercrime Unit) to take deterrent punitive measures against the perpetrator.
3. Copyright and Content Rights: All materials published on the website—including texts, designs, images, and articles—are the exclusive intellectual property of the "Masarat Adliya" website administration. Copying, quoting, or republishing any part of the content without official permission is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these rights warrants strict legal prosecution both locally and internationally to ensure that the perpetrator is punished and the platform is compensated for the resulting damages.
